Tony Moffe won his first ABT title by defeating Dawud Sanders 204-200 at AMF Airport Lanes. In round one of the match play finals Tony Moffe defeated Justin Knobloch 162-149 and Dawud Sanders defeated Garland Overton 221-191. In the championship match Tony Moffe defeated Dawud Sanders 204-200 to earn his first title. Champion’s Profile: Tony Moffe is 42 years old and employed as a small engine mechanic for Hector’s Hardware. He is currently single and has an 8-year-old daughter named Kailyn. Tony has been bowling since age 3 and bowls league at Tonawanda Bowling Center and the Travel A league. His high game is 300 and he has an 858 high series to his credit. Tony was using a Columbia White Dot drilled by Scott Kapucinski. Tony said that bowling with Ryan Shafer when he was younger helped him to develop his game. He thanked everyone connected with the ABT for everything that they do for local bowlers. Tony said that part of his winnings would be used for something special for his daughter.
